As a part of the National Junior Tennis and Learning Network, supported by the USTA Foundation, this program leverages tennis as a medium for holistic youth development. The program's primary goal was to introduce tennis and foster social, emotional, and physical development among 50% of the 106 youths served aged 7 to 17 through their engagement with tennis. The program objectives were: Academic Improvement: Ensure 75% of participants improve their reading grade level. Tennis Skills Development: Enable 65% of participants to learn the basic rules of tennis. And Match Participation: Guide 40% of participants to play in matches. 21167 The Literacy and Education Program offered character, life skills, and online educational curricula to youths 5 to 17 years old. Twenty-eight (28) youths were served through the program. Exact Path educational software which personalizes learning across grades K-12 in reading, language arts, and math was utilized to improve participants reading comprehension, language arts and math skills.
