Coming Together Virginia embraced a hybrid approach, offering programs both virtually and in person, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity. Additionally, recognizing the importance of professional development, the organization invested in facilitators, providing them with fifty hours of training, while also dedicating thirty hours of professional development to staff and board members. This investment has strengthened Coming Together Virginia's capacity to serve its community. The organization marked the National Day of Racial Healing by hosting two special events attended by 368 participants, further demonstrating its dedication to fostering understanding and unity. Coming Together Virginia also forged strategic partnerships in 2022-2023, opening doors to national collaboration and support beyond its current state of Virginia. Moreover, its successful rebranding efforts, including a new name, logo, mission, and values, have enhanced the organization's visibility and strengthened its ability to serve a broader audience.
