      <PrimaryExemptPurposeTxt>WWSC primary purpose is to assist Cancer patients and their families whose financial situations are critical. Many have used all their savings and income from friends and families to pay Oncology treatment bills, and many no longer have any form of insurance. Thus, basic necessities such as clothing, bedding, food, rent, mortgage payments, etc become unaffordable "luxuries". WWSC identifies these patients and their needs and steps in to assist in several states. As we acquire more volunteers, we expand our charity efforts. In this fiscal year, we provided assistance to more than 200 families (629 Persons).</PrimaryExemptPurposeTxt>
      <ProgramSrvcAccomplishmentGrp>
        <DescriptionProgramSrvcAccomTxt>WWSC purchases winter clothing and household necessities for Cancer patients who are destitute due to the expense of Oncology and medication treatments. We pay for basics, and at Christmas and Easter, we treat the families to parties where we distribute gifts. For those families who can't attend our parties, we deliver their Christmas and Easter gifts directly to their homes. Each year, we assist more than 100 families; in 2021, we assisted nearly 200 families (629 persons), and we plan to continue expanding our charity to many more families as donations and volunteers are available in the future.</DescriptionProgramSrvcAccomTxt>

        <ExplanationTxt>WWSC is a charity which assists the families of Cancer victims; our revenue is offset by goods and services purchased to assist these families, such as clothing [primarily coats and boots for cold weather], school supplies, and for Christmas gifts for the children [for which the parents would otherwise have insufficient funds. Periodically, we will cover rent or mortgage payments for the families if they fall behind. If our income allows, we may even buy bicycles for the children. Generally, virtually all our revenue is spent on assisting the families we sponsor. Whatever funds remain are programmed into the following fiscal year.</ExplanationTxt>

        <ExplanationTxt>Since WWSC is an all-volunteer organization, as well as being a non-profit, all revenue is directed to pay for direct and indirect expenses. In essence, our revenue is used to purchase cold weather clothing for Cancer patients and their family members. We also buy such items as bedding and blankets, movie tickets for the kids, an occasional bicycle, and in rare cases, we will make rent or mortgage payments for situations in which victims have fallen behind in their payments, and risk eviction. The monies that are not spent are carried over to the next Fiscal Year. Our admin expenses cover mail, wrapping paper, driving expenses to visit victims and deliver Christmas presents. This figure represents the monies spent on assisting the families we assist.</ExplanationTxt>

Since IRS representative had signed for the 2021 filing, and we heard nothing back from IRS until recently, we had assumed the IRS had accepted and processed our filing.
