The programming of the organization has five facets which include Services to Youth, The Arts, National Trends and Services, International Trends and Services and Health and Human Services. The programs are implemented through strategies such as public information and education, economic development and public policy campaigns. The Arts Facet continued work through the Artist Noir Enrichment Program offering arts education and enrichment programs to over 60 students at Rawlings Center for the Arts and the Caring and Sharing Learning School.
