To qualify for a grant, you had to apply and provide answers or information to thirty (30) questions. A qualified applicant had to show (1) they are a faithful practicing Catholic or Christian, (2) they lost or were denied employment due to their refusal to obtain the COVID-19 vaccine (as all three vaccines were tested using aborted fetus cell lines), and this (3) created a financial need. 24 59500 0 Based on Applicant's financial need. There are 30 questions in the form of Application to obtain contact information, if a family the number of individuals, employment history, parish or church information, their financial situation, and how they will spend the grant if provided by the Holy Faith Foundation. To obtain a grant they must show (1) they are actively practicing their faith by attending their parish or church and (2) they were dismissed or denied employment due to their decision not to obtain the COVID-19 vaccine. The Holy Faith Foundation does not restrict how recipients spend the grant money. It is for food, housing, living expenses. However, we do require recipients to write a "thank you" note or reply and describe how they spent or are spending the grant funds. Since we gathered information in the Application on how they would spend the grant funds if provided, we then check this with their note or reply on how the funds were actually spent. A draft of the 990 is provided to the President for review and changes. When complete the 990 is submitted online to the IRS.
