With the confirmation of the IRS reclassification, the disbursement of the remaining "flow-thru" funds to supported organizations, and a newly reconstituted Board of Directors in place, the former Designated Board members from previously supported organizations are fully released and removed from the Organization's Board. GRSLA will continue its role as a summer learning intermediary establishing and facilitating the provision of high quality summer learning and enrichment for low-income, City of Rochester students.
