As part of the acceptance of the funding, the entity authorizes a TXNG representative to verify the onsite, when requested. The Board has designated the president to review and approve it. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c The Board has adopted a Conflict of Interest Policy. Board members and key employees are required to disclose annually any interests that could give rise to conflicts. The Board monitors and enforces compliance with this policy.
