Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a Election of members and their rights : Every year the member affiliates vote on various officer positions. Each officer position serves a 2 year term and the various positions are staggard. President, Secretary, Vice-President girls are odd years. Vice-President boys, treasurer, Referee liason are even years. Governing body decisions Part VI line 7b Decisions subject to approval of members organizational and operational rules voted in by officers serve as rules on an interim basis. Before they can be permanently installed, they must be approved in an annual general membership meeting and voted on by all affiliated members. Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11 Part VI, line 11b- Organizations process to review form 990: A draft copy of the form 990 is provided to the president and Treasurer for their review. Adjustments are then made, if any, before the final version is filed. Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12c Board members are not allowed to vote on any matters concerning the soccer club that they are affiliated with. Governing documents etc available to public Part VI line 19 Finanial statements are presented and approved by member affiliates and the public who attend the regular monthly meetings. Once approved, they are available for the public viewing on the organizations website. Annual ststments are presented and approved at the annual general meeting of the oranizations members, affiliates and attending public. General explanation attachment Part III line 4d- All other accomplishments: Other program expenses are the total of all program services expenses as described in part 9 page 10 with exception of items included in 4(a). Organizations Mission: to Provide a scheduling body for those clubs wishing to affiliate, to promote the welfare of the youth and adults involved in youth soccer; to promote good sportsmanship for and from all involved in youth soccer; to encourage educational courses, clinics and instruction for the purpose of increasing the knowledge and efficency of those involved in youth soccer, regardless of race, color, national origina, religion or sex.
