When we submit contributions/grants, the CHMF "General Grant Request Form" allows us to select the fund(s) we desire. We chose the pediatric epilepsy and pediatric heart funds. The grants are used by CHMF for research and treatment. We later receive letters of acknowledgement with the statement "Any grant funding by the Fraternal Order of Eagles will be used for direct costs for (fund chosen) only and will not be used for administrative expenses."
