Staff was published in the Journal of Human Trafficking on our longitudinal study, the Colorado Project to Comprehensively Combat Human Trafficking. In September we organized a hybrid event for state-wide anti-trafficking partnership leaders, focused on themes of survivor-ship inclusion allyship, innovative solutions to information sharing across systems, engaging Native American communities and sustainable leadership. We published a Partnership Toolkit, a digital collection of numerous resources and tools designed to improve coordination and collaboration between multiple stakeholders involved in Colorado's anti-trafficking response. 103188 0 0 Training and Education Program: To deliver anti-trafficking training to targeted professional groups and diverse community audiences across Colorado. In 2021, the various training programs reached 6,096 people. These services were provided in 36 Colorado counties. During this year we responded to 739 call and 175 texts. These were composed as follows: 291 tips, 292 referrals and 129 requests for information. 68792 0 0 Leadership Development Program: To prepare human rights leaders and survivors with the knowledge, skills and professional development opportunities necessary to contribute to the anti-trafficking movement. LCHT leads three 10 week training sessions each year. In 2021, 15 interns were selected. The Board of Directors annual member agreement includes a statement that the Board Member affirms their responsibilities to read and comply with Board by-laws, conflict of interest policy and other board policies. This information, along with the Organization's salary history form the basis for compensation arrangements and updates. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 The Organization works diligently to file all of its tax forms in a timely manner. The organization will make its public documents available upon written request to any party making a proper request, generally within ten (10) business days of receiving such a proper request.
